almost thought about giving a good review, but then remembered the absolute awful noise coming from the disco nearby, making it impossible to sleep. also, the walls are so paper thin, I could hear every conversation. I expected better service, perhaps a room upgrade after such disturbances. no way would I recommend this place.

Spacious room with a lovely balcony for morning tea great location near major attractions yet peaceful for rest. Helpful staff provided excellent cleaning service.
The noise from nearby nightlife was quite disruptive at times especially on weekends.

Cc Malasana is ideally situated just a few hundred meters from Gran Vía and 300 meters from the metro station, making transportation very convenient. The room I stayed in was modern and clean, with excellent quality design elements and effective soundproofing that kept street noise to a minimum. The check-in process was straightforward and seamless through a code system.
The reception was often closed, and I wasn't able to explore the common areas.
